MaryEllen arrived home last night from Canada and starts back at school this morning. Weight at Fitzroy Crossing: 88 kilos Weight today: 93 kilos Getting stronger; I see the surgeon next Tuesday the 29th hopefully he will tell me when I can start training in earnest.

The headline of the West Australian News Paper July 24th 2014 under the headline was a picture of three happy children who were killed on the MH17 plane along with their grandfather. The words that accompanied the picture are inspiring; written by their parents and Children of Nick.

No hate in the world is as strong the love we have for Grandad Nick
No hate in the world is as strong as the love we have for each other.

Friday 25 th July 2014 Decided to avoid the walk this morning am being sensible or am I just giving in to my weakness.
